Here at Perennial Pastures Ranch, we are currently shipping orders out Tuesday through Thursday. Shipments are typically received in 1-3 days from when they are fulfilled. Your shipment will be accompanied by an email confirmation complete with a tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress.
Perennial Safe Transit Promise:
This guarantees that your premium frozen goods spend no more than three business days in transit, maintaining the quality and integrity of our product from our pasture to your plate. Depending on your location, your order departs our home ranch in southern California (or our esteemed partner locations in NV, MT, NM, and TX) utilizing FedEx overnight or 2-Day services to deliver your order promptly and safely.
Preferred Shipping:
We typically ship via FedEX for the best pricing for our customers. If you have a preference please note that in the comment section when you place your order. This may delay your order. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched with the delivery service that ensures the swiftest arrival, keeping efficiency and safety at the forefront of our shipping process.

Due to our commitment to natural and seasonal farming practices, our inventory may vary, reflecting the rhythms of nature and weather around our ranches. If an item you desire is currently unavailable, please use the 'Notify Me When Available' option on the product you wish you get.. Every single order from us arrives at your doorstep nestled inside an insulated cooler, surrounded by dry ice to ensure peak freshness. We ship our products frozen solid to maintain the perfect temperature right to you. Sometimes, due to Mother Nature's warmer moods, parts of your order may arrive less than frozen. If that happens, we advise tucking them into your refrigerator or freezer straight away, ideally the same day they arrive.
Despite all our efforts to keep things chilled, if any item in your order feels warm to the touch, we recommend you set it aside and ring us up immediately. Your safety and the quality of our products are things we don't take lightly; we go the extra mile to ensure everything arrives just right.
Regarding the shipping coolers, however much we would love to recycle them back into our process, food safety guidelines say otherwise. But hey, those coolers are sturdy and versatile – great for reuse around your own ranch or to pass along to local community groups in need.
